Job Context:
∎ This is a Film, music, song, video production and Distribution (CD Vision) Company of Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location : Shantinagar, Dhaka 1217
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, organize, and edit uncut video and audio assets and prepare them for post-production.
∎ Video editing, story sequencing, sound design, graphics design, and color correction/grading.
∎ Create and animate title graphics, transitions, etc.
∎ Work with a variety of media and formats, including log images, RAW formats, ProRes, etc.
∎ Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to effectively navigate within a complex organization and complex product line and meet deliverable deadlines.
∎ Monitor and optimize video campaigns using tools like YouTube.
∎ Publish final video files to social media channels and internal media platforms.
∎ Identify opportunities to optimize or enhance existing video content based on current marketing trends.
∎ Stay up-to-date on digital video trends, equipment, and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): VideoEditor (Computer Aided)
∎ 1-2 years of experience working in video production.
∎ Expert in Post-production: video editing, story sequencing, sound design, graphics design, color correction...etc.
∎ DaVinci Resolve
∎ Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
∎ Expert in Adobe Photoshop
∎ Expert in Adobe After Effects
∎ Ability to receive, clean, and edit, uncut video and audio assets.
∎ Ability to create and animate title graphics, transitions, etc.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects from several brands and companies
∎ Research skills
∎ Desire to learn more and help grow the Mazzella Companies brand
∎ Competency in pre-production: including script writing, scheduling, shot listing
∎ Base knowledge of camera and lighting best practices
∎ Base knowledge of DSLR-style and cinema cameras operation
∎ Base knowledge of on-set audio capture
∎ Able to coach and direct subjects from every level of the company on a video shoot
∎ Competency in Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Google Docs
∎ Competency in social media marketing and video campaign best practices: YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook...etc.
∎ Must be able to showcase and share previously produced projects.
