Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amount of inbound & outbound calls to USA / UK / AUS.
∎ Determines call center operation strategies.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Data entry work in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge of speaking English as you will have to handle database works and communicate with our clients via live chat, email & live calls.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work within the shift time with consistency.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situations that may rise during maintaining teams.
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Data Entry, Customer Support and Telemarketing.
∎ Candidates passing from Bangla Version are not allowed.
∎ Candidates who have Call Center experience are highly recommended.
∎ Candidates can work in Morning shift, Day Shift & Night Shift.
Salary: Negotiable
