Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely receiving and dispatching of tundish on tundish car for casting.
∎ Ensure dummy bar positioning, mould cleaning and sealing as per standard.
∎ Ensure proper checking of launder for open casting.
∎ Ensure nozzle fixing, centering with respect to mould and sufficient heating for casting.
∎ Ensure sufficient tundish heating as per standard.
∎ Ensure proper heating and feeding of oil, mould powder and nozzlex powder.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping in the working area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
