Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed export oriented Composite industries having vertical setup is looking for immediate appointment. The candidate must have experience in related field. Job location in Kashimpur, Gazipur
Responsibilities
Developing chemical ‘recipes’ to produce different colours and dyes
Work out the correct temperatures to suit different dyeing methods
Sample dyes testing.
Mix batches of dye for use in textiles manufacturing
Recommend special finishes or treatments
Keep records of the dye development process and its results
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality dyeing.
Inspect dyed fabrics for color consistency, uniformity, and defects.
Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Reproduceable dyeing method preservation all other dyeing related problems solving.
