Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Rights Law, Social Sciences including Gender Studies, International Relations, or other relevant studies.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least eight years of relevant professional experience with at least five years' experience in international organization in the area of gender policy, SRH including family planning, human rights, social work or related fields.
∎ In depth understanding about SGBV related issues, policies and program of the country.
∎ Experience of working in project implementation with multiple partners.
∎ Experience of policy advocacy at senior level engaging with multiple stakeholders within internal and external entities.
∎ Ability to travel in the field at least 25%
∎ Previous experience of managing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
Salary:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh will offer an annual salary of BDT 2,280,000 to 2,310,000
