• Age preferably between 22 to 40 years.

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a hospital/clinical setting (experience in IPD/Emergency will be an added advantage).

• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.

• Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and work under pressure.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Must be sincere, responsible, and well-disciplined.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night duty).

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and ensure adherence to standard treatment protocols.

2. Administer medications (oral, IV, IM) and infusions accurately as per instructions of consultants or duty medical officers.

3. Regularly monitor and record patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation) and promptly report any abnormalities to the concerned physician.

4. Perform clinical procedures such as cannulation, catheterization, dressing, and nebulization efficiently.

5. Respond promptly to emergency situations (e.g., cardiac arrest, respiratory distress) and provide basic life-saving support.

6. Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment and patient care areas, ensuring compliance with hospital safety and hygiene policies.

7. Accurately maintain patient records including treatment progress, intake-output charts, and other medical documentation.

8. Supervise Patient Care Attendants to ensure proper personal care of patients (hygiene, feeding, etc.).

9. Assist during medical rounds by briefing consultants/medical officers on patient conditions and documenting new instructions.

10. Ensure timely completion of diagnostic tests (e.g., lab tests, X-rays) and collect reports for physician review.

11. Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, diet, and post-treatment care.

12. Ensure that all necessary medical equipment (e.g., ECG machine, monitors, suction machines) are functional and properly maintained.

13. Handover duties effectively at the end of each shift, clearly communicating patient status and pending tasks to the next nurse.

14. Assist in patient discharge by explaining prescriptions and supporting billing procedures when required.

15. Perform any other duties assigned by senior management or concerned authority.
