Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional nursing care to patients according to hospital standards.
Supervise and guide junior nurses and support staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Ensure infection control and proper safety measures.
Assist doctors in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies.
Train and mentor newly recruited nurses.
