• Candidates must have experience in any of these departments: NICU, OT, Post Operative ward, Medicine ward, Emergency Department, Dialysis Department.

• Candidates must have valid BNMC Registration license to practice.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of empathy and patient-centered focus.

• Proficiency in hospital information system (HIS).

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.

• Deliver expert, professional nursing care to a defined group of patients in accordance with doctor’s orders and established nursing procedures.

• Handle complex clinical situations, making critical decisions and escalating appropriately.

• Manage medications, injections and treatments safely and accurately.

• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.

• Perform advanced clinical procedures corresponding with the specialty area.

• Ensure all care is documented accurately and promptly in the patient`s health record.

• Act as a vital liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team.

• Effectively manage patient and family concerns, demonstrating empathy and conflict-resolution skills.

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

• Uphold and enforce infection control protocols, health and safety regulations, and hospital policies.
