Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing
∎ Professional Certification: Must have Bangladesh Nursing Council Registration

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on shift duties. Acts on behalf of the unit manager in the setting.
∎ Standards and expectations in the quality of care.
∎ Receives the daily report of every patient:
∎ Knows the case in detail, and the patient's progress ensures all orders before her shift have been carried or which to take over.
∎ Visits every patient in the Unit Manager with the team members on taking over of duties to: -
∎ Assess the condition of the patient and compared it with the report.
∎ Plan nursing care according to assessment or evaluation.
∎ Determines nursing priorities and plans patient care according to staff availability.
∎ Provides individualized holistic care to patients using The Nursing process approach with proper nursing documentation in the patient's file.
∎ Report all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors/consultants.
∎ Follows doctors/consultant's ward rounds and assists them in doing procedures when required.
∎ Carries out orders of doctors/consultants pertaining to care of patient.
∎ Liaise on and discusses with the relevant doctors/consultants with regards to care of patients in the Unit/ward.
∎ Informs the Unit Manager when change occurs in Circumstances that affect standards of care.
∎ Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive a high standard of care.
∎ Establishes and develops effective communication with all Disciplines patients and relatives to achieve optimal patients Satisfaction.
∎ Conducts regular nursing round on all patients in the ward to Ascertain for other additional needs or to spend time with them or just to talk to them or gives them company as an integral part of providing emotional support.
∎ Maintains the safety policy and ensures that all accidents/ incidents are reported to the Unit Manager and documented.
∎ To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in occupational safety and health act and regulations: -
∎ To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons.
∎ To co-operate with your employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty.
∎ To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer
∎ To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Candidates must have flexibility to work on roster duty.
