.Net Framework, .NetCore, Agile Scrum, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, Git, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, MS SQL Server

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop software across multiple subsystems within our product suites by ensuring a solid understanding of requirements, system flow, data usage, and work processes being effectively involved in planning and architecting the prospective features.
∎ Exert an analytic and investigative mind paired with a drive to capture the domain knowledge, business values, and rules around the features/modules.
∎ Come up with innovative solutions to complex business problems to best fit the product suites.
∎ Follow the industry’s best practices and positively influence others to do the same.
∎ Participate in peer code review and contribute towards better code quality in terms of readability, performance, and extensibility.
∎ Consider user experience aspects while building a feature and ensure good usability for the target users.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve critical problems to ensure the smooth running of the mission critical applications.
∎ Practice and encourage knowledge sharing within the team and beyond.
∎ Evaluate new technologies, follow the latest trends and make recommendations on suitable adoption and upgrades.
∎ Mentor other team members to elevate their skill level and overcome shortcomings.
∎ Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues
∎ Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 42 years
∎ Experience with .NET Desktop Application
∎ Experience with Flutter for development cross platform application is a big plus
∎ Experience with Garment ERP is a big plus
∎ Experience with WebAPI
∎ Knowledge and experience with GIT, Microsoft Visual Source Safe, or other source control software
∎ Skills in front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript & Responsive web design
∎ Experience in one of the following JavaScript library/frameworks: React, AngularJS, Vue is a big plus
∎ Advanced Microsoft Data Technologies: ADO.NET
∎ Experience in implementing & optimizing .NET Server-side technologies
∎ Experience in understanding & applying Design Patterns/Design Principles
∎ Proficient in code review, code refactoring
∎ Good attitude regarding self-testing and self-learning
∎ Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
∎ Ability to troubleshoot software issues
∎ Ability to work with a wide variety of technologies and end users
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Good knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (i.e., OOPs) concepts.
∎ Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
