Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures for securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, permitting entry.
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events, coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
∎ Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers and produce reports on such incidents and breaches
∎ Analysis of reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures.
∎ Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls by complying with legal requirements
∎ Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
∎ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
∎ Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Defense Personnel preferable
∎ Candidate having experience in Garments industry will be given priority.
∎ Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
