Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any recognised University/ educational institute with minimum second division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare budget, agreement paper, implementation plan, guidelines and ensure that scheduled activities of project are carried out according to the plan in project intervention areas.
∎ Plan & coordinate CBCPC workshop and meetings; sport training and theatre group training & performance and nutrition activities of Supporting Adolescent's Empowerment for Changing Harmful Social Norms and Emergencies project.
∎ Coordinate and plan to ensure community mobilisation and advocacy, interactive popular theatre, adolescent fair etc.
∎ Coordinate and plan to carry out needs assessment to establish the need for material in the content area and review of existing materials & incorporate new ideas.
∎ Regular field visit and follow up with field staff for smooth implementation of the projects.
∎ Maintain quality for providing stipend regarding selection and distribution in required categories.
∎ Track progress and prepare annual report of UNICEF and progress report & support concerned authority in preparing proposal, case studies and different documents as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in adolescent development programme
∎ Maintain liaison with UNICEF and other key donors.
∎ Provide support as per programme need
