Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for all positions. Candidates with a strong track record and extensive experience in the electrical industry will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Markiting., SLAES AND MARKETING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training.
∎ Develop sales strategies and plans to increase market share.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Analyze market trends and provide insights for product development.
∎ Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
∎ Oversee and coordinate entry into new markets.
∎ Develop and implement market expansion strategies.
∎ Analyze market dynamics and competition.
∎ Support the sales team in achieving growth and sales volume targets.
∎ Monitor and report on market performance.
∎ Sales and Business Growth:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical market.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
∎ Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to clients.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
∎ Leadership and Team Support:
∎ For Senior Sales Representatives, lead and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet their goals.
∎ Assist in developing market expansion strategies (Assistant Manager).
∎ Encourage a collaborative and innovative sales environment.
∎ Market Analysis and Strategy:
∎ For the Assistant Manager, oversee market research and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Contribute to strategy development and execution to penetrate and expand market share.
∎ Customer Focus:
∎ Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
∎ In line with our primary focus on sales, these responsibilities highlight the core activities that drive business growth and customer satisfaction across the three positions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Significant experience in electrical sales.
∎ Leadership and team management skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary: The salary for all positions is negotiable but will be based on the candidate`s experience, qualifications and industry expertise. Starx Global Ltd. offers competitive and attractive compensation packages.
