Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Apartment sales
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Client visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
∎ Age Limit: 24-60 years
∎ Retired Army & Navy service holders will get priority.
∎ Residents of Chattogram will get priority.
