Job Context:
∎ Work place Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
∎ Weekly day off (Sunday).
∎ Time: 10:30am to 8:00pm
∎ We are looking for In- house Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall Showroom Operation.
∎ Execute the company sales plan and procedure.
∎ Monitor invoice and delivery challan through ERP.
∎ Maintain relationships with the client by providing information, support and guidance.
∎ Provide quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
∎ Monitor products delivery in time as per sales order.
∎ Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
∎ Priorities all maintenance work based on meeting earliest delivery time line.
∎ Ensure that maintenance work time line is coordinated with customer delivery date.
∎ Take approval on all product prices and delivery from management before confirming any order sheet.
∎ Monitor updated stock list of all inventory.
∎ Visit Warehouse once a week.
∎ Update management on weekly basis on market intelligence, customer feedback register, architect visits, and home solution clients.
∎ To responsible for ensuring that the right amount of goods is available in store and are being sold at the right price, plan product ranges.
∎ Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
∎ To give special promotions by setting-up displays; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
∎ Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
∎ To plan a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.

∎ Candidates having experience in any retail telecom shop/ distribution shop will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000/= per month.
Salary may be revised in the interim period depends on performance.
