∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills, Program and or Project Development, Report Writing, statistical analysis and predictive modeling

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Development organization, INGO, Research and Consulting Firms, Research Design/ Analysis

∎ Now NVSL is planning to hire an energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic resource who will understand all aspects of proposal writing, project development, concept development, EOI/RFP preparation, tender documents preparation, etc. The person will be responsible for maintaining good communication with different stakeholders including consultants, ministries, development partners, etc. Overall the person must be capable to manage projects from conception to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project development, Proposal writing, EOI/RFP preparation.
∎ Understanding the development plan of the government and development project concept accordingly.
∎ Understanding the funding policy and requirements of the development partners.
∎ CV Bank development and management. (Consultants and experts)
∎ Client relationship management and coordination
∎ Understanding and developing research methodology according to project requirements.
∎ Data Analysis, Report Writing and Presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective project management, project development, and analytical skills
∎ Ability to interpret government development policy.
∎ Ability to use statistical/economic/business analysis tools
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including report writing
∎ Ability to work independently, as an effective member of a team, and in collaboration with a diverse group of individuals, consultants, clients, and so on

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
