∎ technician is responsible for ensuring the quality and fit of garments during various stages of the production process, from sample development to final product inspection. They work with design, manufacturing, and other teams to maintain quality standards, conduct fit sessions, and create technical specifications.

∎ Quality Control and Inspection:Sample development and quality checks:Evaluating samples to ensure they meet quality standards and company specifications.
∎ Garment fittings:Conducting fittings on models to identify and address fit issues.
∎ Quality inspections:Inspecting finished garments to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Technical specifications:Creating detailed technical specifications for garments, including construction details, materials, and production methods.
∎ Fabric and component testing:Reviewing test reports on fabrics and components to ensure they meet performance standards.
∎ Fit and Design:Fit sessions: Overseeing fit sessions, analyzing fit issues, and collaborating with designers and pattern makers to achieve accurate and consistent fit.
