Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Managers and Quality Assurance Officer in design of feedback mechanisms to measure i) staff performance and professionalism and ii) impact of work on beneficiaries such as students, parents, and community members
∎ Deliver weekly monitoring overview to CXB Management, HQ team via email
∎ Conduct regular monitoring of TLCs/LCs adherence to guidelines included in the donor form or designed internally by BRAC
∎ Identify monitoring issues from field and assist in planning and designing monitoring works according to program requirements and senior management’s decision
∎ Prepare monitoring checklist and questionnaires according to suggestion of supervisor
∎ Conduct and ensuring collection, process and analyzing of monitoring data for timely reporting
∎ Provide regular/ periodical/monthly /urgent monitoring report
∎ Attending different meeting and sharing of monitoring findings and reports through presentation to different stakeholders
∎ Maintain regular co-ordination with Team-lead, concerned persons and HO
∎ Develop capacity of monitoring officers through need assessment, mentoring and counselling and feedback
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
