Educational Requirements:
∎ A degree or certification in baking and pastry arts or a related field
∎ Several years of experience working as a professional pastry chef

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Strong teaching skills and the ability to effectively communicate with students
∎ Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
∎ Passion for baking and pastry arts and a desire to share that passion with others.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and delivering lessons to students in a clear and engaging manner
∎ Demonstrating and assisting students in preparing various baked goods and pastries
∎ Evaluating students' progress and providing feedback and guidance
∎ Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
∎ Staying up to date with current industry trends and incorporating them into lesson plans
∎ Developing and updating curriculum to meet the changing needs of the industry
∎ Collaborating with other instructors and department heads to ensure a well-rounded education for students

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
