Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of this position is to manage vendors and select suppliers based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability. Also to monitor and coordinate appropriate strategy for the overall activities of the Supply Chain department.
Sourcing knowledge of fabric, trims & accessories
Communicate regularly with the concerned department in order to purchase/source fabric, trims & accessories.
Good negotiating capability.
Work on foreign purchasing & have good knowledge of LC/TT/RTGS payment.
Having sound knowledge in the SAP ERP system will consider as an advantage.
Oversee suppliers.
Sound knowledge on commercial activities and documentation.
Any other task as & when assigned by the Management.
