∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed institute
∎ Partly qualified CMA/ CA CC will get preferences
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis
∎ Maintain cheque and cashbook register
∎ Check and ensure payments are accurate, authorized, and timely recorded
∎ Daily reconciliation, proper documentation, and file management
∎ Prepare daily cash received and payment summary statements
∎ Cooperate with the internal audit team
∎ Monitor and record depot RS and expense bills properly
∎ Prepare different types of payment advice for depot
∎ Reconcile intercompany accounts balance
∎ Any other task given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experiences in relevant field
∎ Proficiency in MS Office
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Applicant must have the willingness and ability to work under pressure
