Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking from any reputed university. MBA from IBA/ DU will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of Financial Statements in perspective of capital market
∎ Portfolio management and securities valuation
∎ Prepare research report on various Securities of the capital market
∎ Maintain secretarial records, statutory book and registers
∎ Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly compliances with the BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL and other regulatory authorities
∎ Maintenance of Share Management System under Central Depository System
∎ Fill various Statutory returns with the RJSC
∎ Deal with requirements of shareholders as and when required
∎ Open Bank Accounts and BO Accounts for all the concerns
∎ Prepare necessary documents for loan, renewal and achievement of existing loan facilities
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 5 years of working experiences in relevant field
∎ Experience in preparing at least two Equity Research Reports
∎ Expert user of MS Office
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
