∎ Masters in Accounting from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting standard of material, labor and overhead
∎ Preparation of Product Costing, Job Costing, Batch Costing and Process Costing
∎ Analysis of yield of Batch Costing
∎ Special costing for Tender and Export Sales
∎ Preparation of Functional Budget (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) for the company
∎ Preparation of Flexible Budget
∎ Implementation of Budgetary Control System
∎ Analysis of Budget Variance
∎ Variance analysis of material, labor and overhead
∎ Product wise and batch wise profitability analysis
∎ Marginal Costing and Differential Costing
∎ Preparation of final accounts
∎ Arrangements of long term and short term loan from Banks and NBFIs
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of working experience/s in Finance & Accounts Department. 3 years of working experiences in Cost & Budget will be an added advantage
∎ The candidate must be a qualified Professional Accountant
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Efficient and hard working
