Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up order-wise yarn received, yarn delivery & knitting production record.
∎ To ensure planning and organizing production schedules considering target delivery dates by assessing the capacity of production units.
∎ Working in collaboration with other team members to ensure the quality of knit production.
∎ Ensure production target as per given planning with maintenance & follow-up of all production & quality parameters.
∎ Ensure quality issues in the early stage of production as per the direction of merchandisers by maintaining collaboration with merchandisers, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for quality improvement.
∎ Maintain a healthy atmosphere with management to deliver high-quality goods on time.
∎ Ensure resolve the quality-related issues in production and ensure on-time Gray fabric delivery.
∎ Overall management to operate the high-tech Knitting machines to ensure 100% quality product.
∎ Ensure to handle several numbers of parties and orders at a time independently.
∎ Prepare periodic production reports & submit them to the management when necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting authority.
