Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
∎ Monitoring the financial health of the organization by tracking cash flow, budgets, and other financial data.
∎ Reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure that they are accurate and complete.
∎ Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence.
∎ Participating in strategic planning meetings with other members of the executive team to develop long-term goals for the company.
∎ Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations regarding financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
∎ Monitoring and safeguarding of capital expenditure of the company.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that audits are performed according to industry standards.
∎ Monitor trends in the industry to identify new opportunities for growth for the company.
∎ Providing strategic recommendations to the Business Head and consequently to the BOD.
∎ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate and monitor day-to-day accounts and financial works.
∎ Handle daily operational matters in an accurate and timely manner.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are properly accounted for.
∎ Issue fund transfer letters to the banks for transferring funds to other accounts.
∎ Provide various statements or reports as per the requirements of management
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation of all Accounts.
∎ Monitor Accounts payable related works.
∎ Tricot Fashion Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Senior Officer / Asst. Manager - Accounts for its factory located at BSCIC, Fatullah, Narayanganj.
