​Wings Investments is seeking a hands-on Senior Odoo ERP Specialist to lead the architecture, server deployment, system automation, and e-commerce synchronization of our Odoo ERP ecosystem with our active e-commerce store (WooCommerce).

​You will be responsible for hosting setup and infrastructure tuning, designing automated workflows, managing real-time data sync, and configuring core modules (Inventory, MRP, Sales, Purchasing, Invoicing). Additionally, you will lead hands-on onboarding and train our internal operations, sales, warehouse, and accounting teams.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Server Deployment & DevOps: Provision, configure, and maintain Odoo server infrastructure (Odoo.sh or self-hosted Linux/AWS/Docker environment). Implement database backup routines, Nginx reverse proxy, SSL, and PostgreSQL performance tuning.

• ​Workflow & System Automation: Build and manage automated business actions, automated reordering rules, server actions, cron jobs, automated email triggers, and webhook event queues for real-time order processing.

• ​ERP Deployment & Integration: Configure Odoo core modules (Inventory, MRP, Sales, Purchase, Accounting) and integrate Odoo with WooCommerce using native connectors (e.g., Emipro/VentorTech) or custom REST/XML-RPC APIs.

• ​Data Architecture & Compliance: Establish Odoo as the single source of truth for stock quantities, SKU mappings, tier pricing, and serial/lot number tracking for kits and component assemblies.

• ​Fulfillment Automation: Streamline automated Pick-Pack-Ship workflows and shipping carrier label generation (FedEx/UPS/USPS) with automated tracking back-sync to web customers.

• ​Team Training & Enablement: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct role-based training sessions for warehouse, sales, purchasing, and finance teams.
