Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject (Master's preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Cambridge O Level, AS Level, or A2 Level

• Experience teaching across Classes 8 to 12 is strongly preferred

• Strong familiarity with CAIE syllabi, past papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports

• Ability to set mock exams, grade accurately, and coach students on exam technique

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to counsel students and conduct professional parent meetings

• Prior experience in private tutoring or coaching centres is a significant advantage
