Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive, Card Center will be responsible to drive quality credit card acquisition and active card usage through direct sales, corporate relationships and targeted marketing.

Own assigned credit card targets and prepare monthly acquisition and visit plans. Develop corporate, payroll, branch and referral etc. channels, including eligible premium customers.

Build relationships with corporate HR and finance contacts; conduct customer visits, presentations and on-site campaigns with branch and relationship teams.

Propose and execute approved campaigns within agreed budgets. Monitor competitor offers, customer feedback, campaign conversion and acquisition cost; recommend improvements.

Explain eligibility, benefits, fees and repayment obligations accurately. Prepare complete applications with customer consents under the Bank’s checklist.

Submit applications within prescribed timelines resolve document gaps and follow up through decision and delivery.

Follow up on activation, first use and supplementary card opportunities through authorized channels. Coordinate service issues with Card Operations and the Call Centre.

Maintain daily sales and visit records; report fresh leads, submissions, approvals, pending ageing and reasons separately. Review conversion and forecasts and coach junior sales staff as assigned.

Provide necessary support to the recovery team as and when applicable.

Refer suitable account, deposit and loan opportunities to retail teams. Follow Bank and applicable Regulatory/ Head Office policies on KYC, AML/CFT, confidentiality and fair selling; escalate suspected fraud and complaints.
