Responsibilities & Context:
- Drive automobile sales & marketing strategy, achieve yearly targets, and ensure profitability of each vehicle.
- Assess market potential, analyze competitors, and strengthen company position in car trading & sales.
- Oversee workshop operations, revenue budgeting, preventive/breakdown maintenance, and spare parts management to ensure ROI.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (registration, fitness, route permits, tax, insurance claims).
- Manage transport operations including vehicle safety, trip scheduling, fuel consumption, and driver recruitment & training.
- Liaise with Govt. officials, BRTA, and Police for transport operations.
- Control inventory, purchase requisitions, and workshop safety as per company policy.
