Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Promotion and development of new market opportunities for increasing sales gathering, disseminating analysis of data of marketing and report writing.
∎ Formulating business strategies: Plan and develop business strategies focusing on Marketing that balance customers' expectations and organization's objectives.
∎ To plan & lead market expansion actions that will satisfy customers' needs and ultimately maximize the company turnover from increased throughput.
∎ To monitor and conduct feasibility studies for new and existing corporate clients, market trends, study the market to get to know risk factors and competition activities and consumer preference.
∎ Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Public & Private Sectors.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping company goodwill.
∎ To develop cost efficient pricing to generate good margins in line with set targets.
∎ Lead and coach the team in negotiating price and MOQs to deliver savings and operating efficiencies.
∎ To monitor the performance of the team and to train them up, in line to Company objectives and targets.
∎ To liaison with dealers, real-estate developer, building owners/promoters/contractors and other contractors.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bike-riders will be preferred.
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Should have positive attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, passion for activities, quick learner, amicable an excellent liaison maintaining capacity and ability to work in a team.
∎ Proactive and good knowledge of Marketing and Sales Management.
