Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or equivalent degree in public relations, communication, journalism, or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute communication strategies and campaigns to promote vision, mission, values, and achievements of Labaid.
∎ Write and distribute press releases, speeches etc. to inform and engage the public.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, key stakeholders and socially important persons.
∎ Coordinate with digital marketing team, ensuring timely and accurate updates in social media.
∎ Organize events, such as press conferences, open days, tours, and interviews.
∎ Handle queries/complaints from the media and the public in a professional & courteous manner.
∎ Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect reputation of the organization in case of emergencies or negative incidents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 5 to 7 years' working experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in a large, reputed organization.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulations.
