Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline from any recognized University with Minimum CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a liaison between the PRL's programme design team and assigned technical team(s), for proposal development. This includes, but not limited to, overall project management, team formation and interaction, facilitating workshops and meetings, ensuring all necessary approvals.
∎ Collaborate with relevant technical experts to analyse and evaluate opportunities, including understanding all donor requirements and evaluation criteria.
∎ Support effective and meaningful cross-programme/BRAC country offices/BRAC affiliates coordination and their interdependencies to deliver quality outputs, including project design, proposal development, logframes, etc.
∎ Closely work with the grant management team of the PRL and understand the pipeline and priority areas for new proposal development.
∎ Identifying opportunities for improved collaboration and system improvement supporting better project development, proposal development, and grants management. This includes self-reflection, soliciting feedback on PRL, and conducting after action reviews
∎ Contribute to and manage information systems, such as a database of grant writers and proposal development consultants, library of standard texts, past proposals, and intelligence on donors.
∎ Compile, customize and/or create content for standard proposal templates, capacity statements, statements of qualifications (SOQs), presentations, and other proposal collateral as requested
∎ Represent BRAC and PRL at various internal and external forums, when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience related field with Minimum 2 years in developing proposals for development and/or humanitarian programming along with minimum 1 year of experience in the research and knowledge management function
