Experience:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• CA/ACCA/CMA (partly/fully qualified) highly preferred.

• Age At least 38 years

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance & accounts operations, including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and fixed assets.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, IAS, and local standards.

• Lead annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.

• Present financial performance reports, MIS, and analytical insights to senior management for decision-making.

Treasury & Banking Management

• Manage treasury operations, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and investment planning.

• Build and maintain strong banking relationships with financial institutions.

• Negotiate and oversee banking facilities such as loans, LCs, BGs, overdrafts, and project financing.

• Monitor interest rates, forex exposures, and capital markets to minimize risks and optimize the cost of funds.

• Ensure compliance with banking covenants, loan agreements, and treasury policies.

Taxation, Compliance & Audit

• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.).

• Coordinate with external and internal auditors for smooth audit processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and company policies.

• Develop and implement internal controls, risk management, and financial policies.

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Provide financial advice, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses for investments and expansions.

• Partner with leadership in capital structure planning and long-term financial strategy.

• Monitor KPIs, assess financial risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Drive process automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency and control.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team for performance and accuracy.
