Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Communication/Mass Communication and Journalism from any recognised university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works closely with the Head of Internal Communication and Director of Communications and provide strategic counsel on executive communication and translate strategic decisions into messages and activities that are relevant at a departmental and individual level
∎ Support development of BRAC’s Leadership Communications SOP and Internal Communications Strategy
∎ Responsible for developing, commissioning, writing, editing and proofreading copy of all content developed for Leadership team
∎ Responsible for developing, commissioning, writing, editing and proofreading copy of all content developed for Leadership team, ensuring an integrated approach to activity across BRAC
∎ Design, manage and implement internal communications projects as required
∎ Provide clear and effective communication in response to crisis or emergency situations to reassure and guide staff.
∎ Measure the effectiveness of communication processes to assess whether they are meeting the needs of both BRAC’s leadership team and its staff and develop improvements where necessary
∎ Collaborate with external communications team to ensure consistent and aligned internal and external communications on key themes

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience of internal communications, public relations or journalism acquired through training to degree level and through relevant experience
