∎ Proven track records on developing M&E strategy, framework and tools
∎ Proven knowledge on research and studies
∎ At least 5 years of experience in development cooperation with donor agencies and (I)NGOs
∎ Excellent working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
