Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping up to date with fabric trends and innovations to feed into business strategy.
∎ Drive consistency of product quality & fabric compliance standards in accordance with requirements.
∎ Execute objectives in line with company requirements & quality specifications including fit, fabric, color, testing, customer returns and cost of quality with action planning to ensure compliance.
∎ Define & execute quality & technical processes & protocols for fabric & production with regular reviews.
∎ Support team to review and approve samples, such as style, construction, workmanship and quality, measurement to ensure that they meet production specifications, resolving all queries.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to factories, customers, merchandising team and technical team.
∎ Evaluate if there are any safety and functional issues and advice correct solutions.
