Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and prepare budget for construction cost, monthly operation expenses and implement a proper system for controlling budget & expenses.
∎ To ensure the adherence of company's guidelines of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
∎ To prepare and check all requisition sheets, suppliers and subcontractors' bills, and adjusting their advance payment with the payable amount.
∎ To review & monitor all regulatory compliance matters on day to day transactions.
∎ To review all supplier bill's, challan, MRR with approved PR, CS, WO/PO as required.
∎ To ensue maintaining of accounts with compliance of regulatory requirement & review various bank reconciliations.
∎ To assist with external & internal auditors when conducting the audit.
∎ To ensure all documents of the bills are properly authorized as per organizations approved policy.
∎ To maintain good relationship with supplier & discuss for continuous development of VAT & TAX management system accordance with regulatory compliances.
∎ Responsible to maintain various financial records & statements for management report purposes.
∎ Preparing project wise profit & loss statement
∎ BOQ prepare, checking and monitoring the work as per approved BOQ
∎ Preparing project cost and monitoring the project
∎ Monitoring the materials received from suppliers and ensuring the quality of materials.
∎ Submitting the project summary after closing the project
∎ Ensuring the fund management of all running & upcoming project
∎ Controlling supplier payments as per work condition and material delivery
∎ Reporting to management about progress of any project work
∎ Having knowledge about BNBC and other construction related rules & guidelines
∎ Having good knowledge about ACCORD, Alliance & RSC requirement.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
