Job Context:
∎ Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework.
∎ Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to SOLID principles.
∎ Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
∎ Mentoring and leading other developers on your team, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
∎ Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Laravel and related technologies.
∎ Contributing to the development of internal processes, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity. Communicating effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and clients, and providing regular status updates on project progress.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a senior Laravel developer, you are expected to have a deep understanding of the Laravel framework, its architecture, and best practices. You should have extensive experience in developing complex applications using Laravel, and be able to mentor and lead other developers.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Laravel.
∎ Focus on code quality by writing clean, readable, and maintainable code that adheres to SOLID principles.
∎ Use automated testing tools to ensure the code works as expected.
∎ Lead by example and set high standards for yourself and your team.
∎ Mentor and support junior developers, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
∎ Continuously improve your skills and knowledge in Laravel and related technologies.
∎ Attend conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
∎ Communicate effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and clients.
∎ Listen actively and be open to feedback and suggestions from others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with other PHP frameworks: While Laravel is a popular PHP framework, some organizations may also expect Senior Laravel Developers to have experience with other PHP frameworks such as Symfony, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP.
∎ Front-end development skills: Senior Laravel Developers may also be expected to have strong front-end development skills, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
∎ Experience with database technologies: A strong understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB may also be expected for a Senior Laravel Developer, along with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
∎ DevOps skills: Some organizations may also expect Senior Laravel Developers to have experience with DevOps tools and processes, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
∎ Project management skills: Senior Laravel Developers may also be expected to have some project management skills, including the ability to estimate project timelines, track project progress, and communicate with stakeholders and clients.
∎ Experience with e-commerce platforms: Senior Laravel Developers may also be expected to have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or Woo-Commerce, and be able to integrate these platforms with custom Laravel applications.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
