Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate innovative design concepts, incorporating Bay Developments' distinctive style and philosophy into all visual elements.
∎ Develop an end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
∎ Maintain a cohesive visual identity throughout all marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the essence of Bay Developments' brand image.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to align design strategies with overall marketing objectives and communicate design ideas effectively.
∎ Provide art direction and constructive feedback to produce exceptional work that meets company standards.
∎ Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, providing clear design briefs and ensuring that their work aligns with Bay Developments' branding.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring a seamless design workflow.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, infusing modern and relevant ideas into our designs.
∎ A mindset for fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and creativity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of demonstrated success in graphic and motion design and prior experience as a senior designer or supervising designer
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably in Fine Arts or Graphic Design.
∎ Exceptional creative thinking and a portfolio showcasing strong conceptualization and design skills.
∎ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Lightroom) and other relevant design software like Autocad, SketchUp, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Pre-Press.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Strong organizational abilities to manage time efficiently and deliver projects within deadlines.
∎ A keen interest in the real estate industry and an understanding of how design impacts marketing efforts within this domain.
