Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Marketing and Merchandising department for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory/s.
∎ Monitor production issues and when required he can directly contact to Turkish buyer for various approval.
∎ Review product quality reports and level of wastage and rejects.
∎ Review Production planning, Material planning and machinery planning.
∎ Monitor garment technical setting to reduce making cost.
∎ Ensure to attend PP meeting.
∎ Monitor daily line production to ensure meeting production target.
∎ Follow up industrial engineering functions and systems.
∎ Ensure quality product at minimum alteration and repair cost and shipped to the buyer as and when required.
∎ Monitor shipment plan with shipping department.
∎ Check manpower to control floor wise cost.
∎ Ensure to monitor production cost and adhere possible ways to reduce production cost.
∎ Ensure to arrange required training at the factory.
∎ Ensure factory operation as per Turkish buyer compliance.
∎ Ensure inter department smooth information and material.
∎ Review buyer complains relating to product quality, late deliveries, etc. and ensures that such complaints are attended to promptly and effectively.
∎ Maintain close liaison with important buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent speaking and writing skill in English
∎ Understanding Turkish language
∎ Excellent Leadership skill l
∎ Good Analytical capability
