Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide expert advice and personalized counseling to students seeking admission to foreign universities, with a primary focus on European countries, Canada, USA, UK, and Australia.
∎ Lead a team of admission and visa counselors, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure exceptional service delivery.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the admission requirements, application deadlines, and visa regulations of various universities and countries.
∎ Conduct thorough assessments of students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable universities and programs.
∎ Assist students in preparing compelling application materials, including essays, recommendation letters, and resumes.
∎ Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the required documents and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with international universities and relevant authorities to stay informed about changes in admission criteria and visa regulations.
∎ Organize and conduct informational seminars, workshops, and webinars to educate students about study opportunities abroad.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress throughout the application and visa processes.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreign university admission and visa counseling, with a strong focus on European countries, Canada, USA, UK, and Australia.
∎ Proven track record of successfully assisting students with admission and visa processes, preferably in a leadership role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of admission requirements, application procedures, and visa regulations for various international universities and countries.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools for efficient record keeping and communication.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Multilingual abilities will be considered a plus.
∎ Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be commensurate with experience.
