∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies as Microbiologist
∎ Sound knowledge in FMCG production, Quality Assurance and process
∎ Good at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
∎ Willing to Work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

∎ Essential Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing new food products from concept to commercialization as per R&D protocols and market requirements.
∎ Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, and creating and testing product prototypes and formulations in alignment with R&D and quality standards.
∎ Performing sensory evaluations and optimizing product formulations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards; collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging ingredients, and new technologies; managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; and documenting detailed records of product development processes.
∎ Providing technical support and guidance to production teams; conducting shelf-life studies and stability testing; and developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Participating in product tastings and consumer panels, and preparing and presenting reports on product development progress.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving product development issues while ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability of new products.
∎ Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain operational standards.
∎ Continuously improving product offerings based on customer feedback and research
∎ Training and mentoring junior staff members, and participating in industry conferences and trade shows to stay updated with market developments.
