Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate bookkeeping, efficient data entry, effective commercial operations, and meticulous management of letters of credit (LC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions to ensure financial reports (monthly/ quarterly & annually).
  • Reconcile bank statements with general ledger.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Prepare and process documentation for letters of credit, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and regulations of Bangladesh government and liaison with banks & other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and process documentation for import operation( L.C, Shipping Documents, C&F, Freight ) ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and regulations of Bangladesh government and liaison with banks & other regulatory bodies;
  • Ensure compliance of Income Tax, VAT & Customs Act at the time of payment;
