Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Senior Executive (Tourism Business Development) Experienced in Marketing and Customer Relationship Department in trade with Excellent Knowledge of Tour Operation, Holiday package & visa services (Asia & Europe), Medical Tourism, Inbound & Outbound Tour.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participates in marketing activities locally, nationally or internationally by assisting Managing Director in co-coordinating a segment or portion of a promotion and by providing direct professional travel advice to potential visitors & Travellers.
∎ Conceptualize, plan and develop new and innovative marketing programs.
∎ Plan, organize and participate in the delivery of programs to ensure branch objectives are met.
∎ Prepare estimates and control budgets for section programs.
∎ Perform Online & Out door marketing for Visa, air Ticketing and related service.
∎ To create Promotional Holiday packages (International & Domestic).
∎ To create international Business Counter Part (Tourism).
∎ To provide the Visa related services.
∎ To create embassy relation for promotional visa offer.
∎ To maintain Embassy File for Enlisted Company.
∎ To dealing with Corporate Clients & Marketing,
∎ Counseling to clients regarding all types of tourist & business visas from / outside Bangladesh.
∎ Deal with incoming emails including corresponding with local and overseas vendors.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training Trade Course: IATA course, GDS Course, Training from NHTTI, Tour Guide Skill
∎ Skills Required: GDS, Hospitality Management, hotel booking, IATA, Managing inbound and outbound tourists, Tour Guide, Travel management
∎ Design & develop foreign tour packages.
∎ Design & develop Hajj and Umrah package
∎ Arrange/follow-up VISA processing
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3/5 years working experience in travel agency / airlines including group & corporate travel experience preferably in Sylhet, Dhaka & Chattagram, Coxsbazar in respect of applicant's job location preference.
∎ Proficiency in operating multi GDS (global distributions system) including reservation, issue, reissue, revalidation and refund process on airline reservations and ticketing, i.e. SABRE, AMADEUS
∎ Good understanding and promote B2B and B2C business nature.
∎ Marketing and selling of major Airlines Tickets, Packages, Tours, Hotel Reservation and Visa Assistance Services etc.
∎ A strong positive clientele relations for generate new travel & tour related business and fair knowledge on tour operation, tour planning, car rental, cruise and hotel reservations.
∎ Ability to have problem solving skills and good liaison with airlines/vendors and capable of sourcing corporate, group and special fares from airlines/vendors.
∎ Ability to handle several project simultaneously under huge work pressure and to work well with all levels of associates within the organization.
∎ Promote company's campaign and different offers.
∎ Handle incoming calls and emails inquiries regarding travel related issues including ticket availability and provides accurate and through information regarding events.
∎ Should possess high level contact with the airlines, vendors and concerned sectors.
∎ Must have on hand clients and ability to create new clients that periodically result is generating revenue and carrying out target oriented sales.
∎ Self-motivated, self-learning and proactive in identifying all possible solutions to help clients.
∎ A comprehensive understanding of office and internet technology (browsers, search engines, email word, excel etc.)
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
∎ Skills Required: corporate sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Air Ticketing, Tour operation.

∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination.
∎ Knowledge of oral and written communication skill in English.

∎ Complete knowledge about ADM Policies, BSP Links, and IATA Regulations.
