Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine branding initiatives.

  • Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms to promote properties and projects.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling property marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.

  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.

Digital Direction:

  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, SEO optimization, and social media platforms.

  • Develop and implement content strategies, including blog posts, videos, virtual tours, and other engaging materials.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and user engagement, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage public relations activities, including press releases, events, and sponsorships.

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase market presence.

Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality, visually appealing content.

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s values.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze the effectiveness of branding efforts through KPIs and market feedback.

  • Provide regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement to senior management.
