Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially with tender-related work.

  • Strong knowledge of tender portals, submission procedures, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in tender processes—including documentation, submission, and compliance (e.g., EOIs, RFPs, RFQs)—will be considered a significant advantage for this role.

  • Drive market growth according to strategic plans in an efficient and structured manner.

  • Identify and onboard new vendors and clients to expand the business network.

  • Manage sales operations to align with and support overall company goals.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to boost sales.

  • Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Develop innovative strategies to grow vendor/client partnerships and increase sales performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and design effective approaches to reach target markets.

  • Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, promotional offers, and potential opportunities to Head Office.

  • Coordinate with departments such as R&D, Accounts, Commercial, and Distribution for seamless operations.

  • Participate in business meetings with corporate offices, hospitals, and other clients as required.
