Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Senior Executive – Project Accounts & Store In charge for the EPC Project under Confidence Infrastructure Limited (Steel Unit).
∎ It`s a project basis position. Candidate should have intention to work anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
∎ Acting as a store in-charges (Supervising store activities i.e. maintaining store ledger, Bin Card, safety stock level, executing inventory management policy).
∎ Collecting and verifying MRR, QC report and work completion certificate.
∎ Maintaining project assets register, Physical resources register, log sheets.
∎ Maintaining Petty cash transactions, Cash book.
∎ Physical verification of materials, assets at project site.
∎ Reconciling bank transaction.
∎ Executing software entry (Receive entry, Issues entry).
∎ Communicating with EPC Cost budget team, Team Manager and other stakeholders.
∎ Assist in budgetary control by identifying non-value added activities, scrap, wastage, unutilized resources, and non-budgeted requisition/cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge on Invoice processing activities.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on computer application (e.g. MS word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
∎ Information and task monitoring.
∎ Proactive, honest, Sincere, hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should be punctual and need tremendous hardworking positive attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Situation managing skill.
