• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and 3D design tools.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Executive, Graphics Designer who will lead the creative development and visual communication of our brand.

You’ll work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to deliver high-impact designs for both digital and print media — ensuring brand consistency, creativity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept & Design

• Develop visually compelling concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, websites, social media, and packaging.
• Present and refine design ideas based on client and management feedback.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all materials.

Digital Media Design

• Design engaging visuals for websites, email campaigns, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create on-brand content that enhances online presence.

Print Media Design

• Design and prepare brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, and other print materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for print production and ensure top-quality output.

Motion Graphics & Video

• Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for marketing videos, campaigns, and social media.
• Edit and produce promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

3D Visualization

• Develop 3D mockups for product displays, event setups, and spatial layouts.

Brand Identity & Development

• Create logos, packaging, and identity systems that strengthen brand recognition.
• Continuously evolve and modernize the brand’s visual language.

Project & Team Management

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring high creative standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop integrated marketing concepts.

Quality Assurance

• Review all outputs for accuracy, design consistency, and technical quality.
• Maintain organized archives and documentation for all creative assets.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain daily updates in CRM software to track activities, projects, and progress.
• Align your performance with defined KPIs and ensure transparency in workflow tracking.
