Job Context:
∎ Direct Reporting: Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting
∎ Department: Financial Planning & Reporting
∎ Unit: Revenue Management
∎ Job Purpose: To provide relevant, actionable and time sensitive information regarding revenue recognition as well as cash collection to the business leaders so that management could make decisions and to complete the month / year end accounts for stakeholders to know the financial condition of the business. To ensure product pricing, proper invoice booking, collection and accurate reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly booking of revenue from operators as per the agreements and timely invoicing
∎ Performing 'Single Tower Economics' (Site Profitability and Value) sensitivity simulations for Tenancy, Capex and Opex
∎ Making confirmation of revenue and site sharing information with the user department and all operators. Challenging data source to ensure no revenue loss for the company
∎ Ensuring site wise/ profit centre wise revenue booking in EASI or other Asset Life Cycle Management tools and its proper interface with RAPID
∎ Maintaining site catalogue and following up with relevant users to update site catalogue and EASI or other Asset Life Cycle Management tools accurately and timely
∎ Following up of outstanding bills collections and correspondence with KAM and client on timely collections
∎ Performing periodic reporting that includes Revenue reporting, Receivables reporting and Ageing of receivables
∎ Heading the priority customer segment including development of strategy, driving all segment initiatives across the company, lead the AR team and own the revenue statement
∎ Deep understanding of customer care system, process and market need leading to a dedicated "Priority Customer" care model, which stands alone within the industry
∎ Maintaining database for pass-through invoices
∎ Making regular correspondence on all operators' finance, KAMs and users to resolve issues
∎ Developing policies and establishing procedures for communication to RM team on invoice able component changes in site by all operators
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 5-6 years of work experience in relevant area of reputed companies is MUST
∎ Post article ship in audit firm, minimum 2-3 years of corporate exposure is essential
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skill
∎ Adept in MS Office with advance Excel and Power point
∎ Ability to work with regional and cross-functional teams and stakeholders
∎ Have a cost-conscious mindset
∎ Ability to work under pressure and within limited timeframe
∎ Having investigative attitude
∎ Ability to work pro-actively and independently
