Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses in compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting processes, adhering to accounting standards and guidelines.
∎ Conduct internal credit risk rating assessments for banks and non-banking financial institutions.
∎ Analyze credit risk factors and assign appropriate ratings based on established criteria and guidelines.
∎ Oversee day-to-day banking operations including account management, fund transfers, and payment reconciliations.
∎ Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and resolving banking issues promptly.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
∎ Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Address legal issues and queries related to financial transactions, contracts, and agreements.
∎ Liaise with legal counsel as needed to resolve legal matters and mitigate risks effectively.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
∎ Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment of financial activities with organizational goals.
